Important notice

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, your shipment might be delayed due to international and domestic regulations, shortage in personel, delays in sub-contractor deliveries etc. Please be patient, and stay safe.

What does pre-order mean?

Pre-order items are items that are purchased prior to their production. A pre-order means you have reserved that item and it will be shipped to you once it is complete. Funds will deduct from your account at the time of purchase. A standard preorder timeline is anywhere between 2-12 weeks (unless a release date is specified).

Please refer to the product page for more information. Kindly note, multiple item orders containing a preorder item will not ship until all items have completed production.

Can I exchange my item?

We do not allow exchanges; simply return your original purchase, and place a new order. Pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged.

Can I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel your pre-order. All orders are final.

What do I do if I received a damaged item/my order is incorrect?

If you received a damaged item or something is incorrect with your order, please send email us at merch@namasenda.com. Please make sure to include clear photos of the issue in the case of a damaged item. If the damage affects the playability of a music item, please include a video of the music item playing as well. Please note, we will often require the defective or wrong item to be sent back. Our team will get back to you with the next steps and a return label when necessary.

Please note that all claims must be made within 60 days of the order delivery date.

 

SHIPPING

All orders from namasenda.com are shipped from Sweden. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination.

To find out the cost of shipping for your order, add the items you want into your shopping cart and proceed to checkout until you’ve selected your shipping method. The cost of shipping will automatically update in your order total before you need to enter your payment method information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number.

For all destinations outside of Europe, customers may face import and duty taxes. These vary from country to country and we have no control over them. In the event that you need to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service and the order will not be released until you have paid. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges. 

In the case that the courier s unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer by phone number (required at purchase) at point of delivery or otherwise, we are not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier.

Similarly, we are not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. Similarly, we are not responsible for theft of packages.

In cases such as these, please contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.
